We give you a Raspberry Pi device, therefor you dont have to buy a server.
Every sensitive data – including your patients and your company's financial data – are stored on your server. Access to the server and the application is only available over LAN, there is no synchornization to the cloud, and the data is not sent to third-party services. The application can be used through the internet from multiple places via VPN connection.
Every workstation (information desk, reception, surgery, financial department etc.) communicates with the server in parallel using one database. There are multiple solutions for protecting and backuping your value, the database, and we can help you choose.
There is no need to install the application, you can use it from a web browser (Chrome or Firefox), therefor the application can run on any system (Windows, Linux, Mac) and on any tablets or on your smartphone!
Detailed financial reports can be extracted from the system based on the finished and charged services, continuously monitoring the financial performance of the institution.
The financial reports are filterable and printable, based on your needs. We can make any statistics in any format, this part of the system is also customizable.
Some countries health laws requires storing the examinations and services in an appropriate format, and to transmit those information on inspection. The system can produce any format to comply with all regulations.
When charging for services, there is an option to print the receipt through the POS terminal, if the device has right connection (ex. USB).
Depending on the terminal type and manufacturer, there is an option to synchornize the products or services, therefor you dont have to manage multiple databases.
